Please read these terms carefully before booking or using our services.
By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking any travel service through Global Travel and Tours ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from us. A booking is only secured upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified at the time of booking.
Payment terms are outlined in your booking confirmation. Generally:
Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of any deposit paid.
Cancellation charges apply from the date we receive your written cancellation request:

Hajj packages are non-refundable once the Ministry of Hajj visa quota has been submitted. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 business days.
Amendment requests must be made in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur amendment fees in addition to any supplier charges. We cannot guarantee that changes can always be accommodated.
We reserve the right to make minor itinerary changes (e.g., hotel substitutions of equivalent standard, order of activities) without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure you hold a valid passport, the correct visas, and any other travel documents required for your destination. We can advise on visa requirements but are not responsible for visa refusals or delays. No refund will be given if you are unable to travel due to incomplete documentation.
We strongly recommend all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and personal belongings. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or expense that would have been covered by appropriate insurance.
You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to travel. Please inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, dietary requirements, or other special needs at the time of booking. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee all requests can be fulfilled by third-party suppliers.

We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers. Our liability is limited to services directly provided by us. We are not liable for:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected service.
Any complaints during your trip should be reported to your tour leader or local supplier immediately so that we have the opportunity to resolve the issue. Written complaints must be submitted to us within 28 days of returning from your trip. We will acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and aim to resolve them within 28 days.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
